Terms of use – ACE Cleaner

Introduction
By using the Ace Cleaner (“we”, “us”) app, website, and related services (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy carefully before use.

Important Notice: Continued use of the Service constitutes your full understanding and acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree, stop using the Service immediately. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

1. Account

No registration is required to use the Service, but we may assign you an internal ID to provide continuous service. This ID cannot identify you.
You may need to provide minimal information for basic functionality (e.g., device info, photo library access). See our Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for all activities on your device using our app.

2. Editing Features

You can use provided materials (filters, stickers, templates, etc.) to edit photos and content. This requires access to your device’s photo library. We will request permission, which you can manage in your device settings.
You may share edited content on social media. Ensure you have the right to share and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate platform policies; you bear sole responsibility otherwise.

3. Rules for Use

We grant you a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in compliance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the app unless expressly permitted.
All rights (including intellectual property) related to the Service belong to us or our licensors.
You may not use the Service for illegal activities, spread malicious code, post false/misleading reviews, or violate any applicable laws.
AI Photo Repair Feature: You acknowledge that photos you upload will be processed by APIs provided by Gemini-3 and Sora2. Ace Cleaner is not responsible for any claims arising from user data disclosure by Gemini-3 or Sora2; please contact them directly.
Ace Cleaner acts only as a platform provider. You must use your own judgment regarding third-party content (e.g., from Gemini-3, Sora2) and bear all risks.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All rights to Service content (logos, names, layouts, fonts, materials, etc.) belong to us or our licensors.
Templates, layouts created via the app, and any feedback/comments you provide become the property of Ace Cleaner. We may use this content for any purpose (including product development) without compensation.
For other content you generate using the Service, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, modify, and commercialize it to provide and improve the Service.

5. Fees & Payment

Basic use of the app is free. You can subscribe to membership via the Apple App Store.
The app may display ads (e.g., via Google AdMob).
All subscription payments are processed by third parties like Apple; you are subject to their terms.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends in your Apple account settings. Cancellation does not affect the current paid period; refunds are generally not provided.
Refunds follow the respective app store’s policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us for the relevant service.
These limitations do not exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Miscellaneous

The app may contain third-party links; you access them at your own risk.
We may update or suspend the Service at any time.
If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
We may assign these Terms in whole or in part.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of China.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the China International Arbitration Center for arbitration in China in accordance with its rules. The arbitration language is Simplified Chinese.
