Introduction
Ace Cleaner (“we”) takes your privacy very seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, store, and protect your personal information. By using our app or services, you agree to this policy.

Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have unintentionally collected your child’s information, please contact us using the details at the end of this policy to have it deleted.

Scope
This policy applies to our users worldwide and all our services (apps, official website, etc.), unless a separate policy states otherwise. Please note that third-party services accessible through our app (such as advertisements) are governed by their own privacy policies, for which we are not responsible.

We request your permission for the following authorizations:

We request access to Face ID Usage permission.
Purpose: Ace Cleaner uses Face ID to securely unlock your Photo Vault and protect your private photos and videos.
We request access to Contacts Usage permission.
Purpose: Ace Cleaner needs access to your contacts to remove duplicate or incomplete contacts locally.
We request access to Photo Library Usage permission.
Purpose: Ace Cleaner needs access to your photo library to help you delete unnecessary and similar photos and videos.

We declare that we will never upload users’ pictures, videos, or contacts to our servers. All cleaning of pictures, videos, and contacts is performed on the user’s device.

Information We Collect
We may collect the following information:

Contact Information: Name, email address, etc., provided when you contact us, used to respond to your feedback, complaints, or inquiries.

Transaction Records: Anonymous purchase records received from third-party platforms like the Apple App Store when you make in-app purchases. These records cannot be used to identify you.

Technical & Service Data: We do not directly collect your device technical information (e.g., IP address, device model). However, we may obtain anonymous, non-personally identifiable technical data through third-party services like Google Analytics to analyze service usage.

Service-Related Data: We collect abstract data related to your use of the app, such as your country and internet service provider. This data cannot be used to identify you.
We only collect your personal information after notifying you and obtaining your consent.

How We Use Your Information
We use your information only as permitted by law, primarily for:

Fulfilling our contract or services with you.

Communicating with you and responding to your requests and questions.

Maintaining app security and support.

Complying with legal obligations.

SDK Providers: To enable core AI features (e.g., image/video generation), we integrate the following third-party SDKs. Please note that these SDKs may directly process your relevant data:

Gemini 3: Used for generating AI images. May collect: Text prompts, uploaded images.

Sora 2: Used for generating AI videos. May collect: Text prompts, images, technical logs.

Other Circumstances: We may share information with third parties for legal, safety reasons, in connection with a business transfer, or with your consent.
We recommend you review the respective privacy policies of the third parties mentioned above.

Information Storage

Location: Your edited content is primarily stored on Firebase.

Retention Period: We do not store your personal information.

To access, correct, or delete your personal information.

To object to or restrict our use of your information.

To withdraw consent you have previously given.

To data portability (please note we may not be able to provide a copy as we typically do not store your information).

AI Photo Generation Feature
When using the AI Photo Repair feature:

We analyze the photos you upload and identify facial key points (e.g., eyes, nose, mouth) for processing purposes.

We do not collect or store facial data. All related data is automatically deleted upon completion of analysis and is not permanently saved.

Advertising
We do not send promotional information via email, SMS, phone calls, or physical mail.
We use Google AdMob and Applovin to serve advertisements. Clicking on ad links will direct you to third parties whose privacy policies are not controlled by us; please review them carefully.

Region-Specific Terms

California Residents (CCPA): You have the right to know, delete, and request data portability regarding your personal information. We do not sell your personal information, therefore an opt-out from sale is not offered. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your CCPA rights.

Residents of the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and the UK (GDPR): Your information may be transferred outside these regions. We implement appropriate safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses). You have rights under the GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, objection, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint.
